HRH Crown Prince Meets US Deputy Secretary of State

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, met today US Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa. “What we have achieved in Bahrain, our source of pride, is an incentive for more serious work that requires positive partnership with all within the framework of true national responsibility,” HRH the Crown Prince said, thanking the USA for its support to Bahrain.On his part, Mr. Burns underlined his country’s support to Bahrain’s constructive initiatives to confront challenges, voicing confidence in the kingdom’s ability to reach effective and sustainable solutions.The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Court Chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Crown Prince’s Advisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and the US Ambassador to Bahrain Thomas Krajeski.
