HRH Crown Prince Praises Egypt’s Role

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, has praised Egypt’s key role in supporting Arab, regional and internal issues, as well as contributions to consolidating Arab unity.

He also highlighted the importance of enhancing efforts aiming to upgrade cooperation and coordination between Arab countries and enhance openness to global centres of power, both east and west, for the joint benefits and interests of all sides.Speaking as he received at the Riffa Palace today the newly-appointed Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Isam Saleh Awad, HRH Crown Prince hailed the solid fraternal Bahraini-Egyptian relations, expressing satisfaction at the advanced level of bilateral cooperation in all fields.HRH Crown Prince also wished the new Ambassador every success in fostering brotherly relations, expressing hope that Egypt will achieve more progress and stability, for the benefit of all Arab countries.

On his part, Ambassador Isam Saleh Awad expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Crown Prince for the warm welcome accorded to him in the kingdom, voicing confidence that Bahrain, thanks to wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, will remain safe.He also affirmed his country’s keen desire to bolster its cooperation with the kingdom, in line with the two countries’ solid deep-rooted relations, and continue consolidating its positive contact with Arab and Islamic countries.Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at HRH Crown Prince’s Court Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa and Head of HRH Crown Prince’s Court Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa were also present.
