HRH Prince Salman Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, today met at Al-Bateen Palace Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and UAE Armed Forces Deputy Supreme Commander General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and discussed strong fraternal relations and joint cooperation and coordination in all fields.
HRH Prince Salman was received on arrival at Al-Bateen Palace by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region Shaikh Hemdan bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Executive Council Vice Chairman Shaikh Haza’a bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Zayed Charity Foundation President Shaikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and Executive Council member Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Sultan Al-Nahyan and UAE President’s Advisor Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al-Nahyan.
HRH Prince Salman conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa to Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and UAE Armed Forces Deputy Supreme Commander General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and the UAE leadership.
HRH Prince Salman then attended an Iftar banquet hosted at his honour by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince at Al-Bateen Palace. He also met-in the presence of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince- UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Education Minister Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan, members of the Executive Council, senior UAE Armed Forces and Interior Minister officers and senior state officials.
They all exchanged congratulations on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan, praying Allah Almighty to bless the Arab and Islamic nations.HRH Prince Salman was earlier welcomed at Abu Dhabi by UAE Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and Bahrain Ambassador to Abu Dhabi Mohammed Al-Maawda.
The delegation accompanying HRH Prince Salman includes Crown Prince’s Court Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Court Chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al-Khalifa, Court Advisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa and Personal Secretary Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
