HRH Crown Prince Visits Ramadan Majlis
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander urged commitment to patriotic fundamentals. He stressed the importance of observing steadfastness and patience to reach viable solutions acceptable to all components of Bahraini society.
HRH the Crown Prince was speaking as he visited the majlis of Al-Bounaians in Al-Hidd, in the company of his son Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. “In Bahrain, we are all in the same boat, always aspiring to a closely-knit and cohesive society”, he said, pointing out that no détente would be achieved unless national interests are taken into account.
Citing the past period, he said that no party would allow the other side to define future options without relying on the popular will. Bahrain, he said, in on the right track to continue the path initiated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa towards achieving citizens’ interests.
He congratulated the Al-Bouainains’ majlis on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.Visiting Al-Musallems’ majlis, HRH Prince Salman urged all parties to show sincere intentions and join ranks to continue Bahrain’s development success story.“Hands are wide open to all parties that seek all that is good for the Kingdom of Bahrain”, he said.
He inquired about the conditions of citizens in Al-Hidd, reaffirmed Bahrain’s resolve to continue investing on citizens to develop their competences and skills and arm themselves with science and knowledge.
He encouraged Bahraini youngsters across the Kingdom to meet and engage in different social and sport events towards cementing the spirit of closely-knit family.
The Al-Musallems and majlis guests thanked HRH the Crown Prince for his visit, paying tribute to HM the King for his patience and wisdom in dealing with challenges.
HRH the Crown Prince was accompanied by Transport Minister Kamal Ahmed bin Mohammed, Court Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Court Chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al-Khalifa, Advisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa and Personal Secretary Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
