Crown Prince’s Court Maintains IIP Credentials
A successful assessment of the Court of the Crown Prince was conducted by Investors in People International (IIP) which has enabled the Court to renew its IIP Certification for an additional three years.
The IIP has been obtained by the Court in 2008 and it has set a general framework for the organization to develop and enhance its performance and to achieve its objectives through the development of its most valuable asset: its people. This certification is a unique contribution from the Court that aims towards realizing the vision of HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander in investing in the human element as it is the foundation for all strategies and development plans that the Kingdom of Bahrain aspires for its people and their prosperity.
Since the first assessment that was conducted in 2008, the Court of the Crown Prince began not only to implement the requirements of IIP Standards, but developed several management systems that supported performance development. Some of these systems are: the Outstanding Directorate Scheme, which helped in creating and maintaining a competitive environment; the Learning and Development System, which played a key role in preparing the workforce to effectively achieve their objectives and exchange their knowledge; and the Suggestion Scheme, which encourages employees to share new ideas and contribute in developing the work systems and enhancing overall performance.
On this occasion, H.E. Sh. Khalifa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, President of the Court said“I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the employees for their hard efforts and commitment to maintain the IIP Certificate for an additional three years”. H.E. the President stressed that continuous development of human resources will always be a vital objective of the management in order to realize the Court’s vision, to be at the forefront of leading organizations which are founded on innovation and excellence and to have effective contributions in providing the Kingdom with a bright and promising future. Sh. Khalifa added that the Court is prepared to share this experience with any organization that wishes to benefit from the IIP Certification.
