HRH CP aspires to a mature economic thought in the Arab world
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, expressed his hopes for the new phase in the Arab world to crystallize in novel mature economic thought, asserting that Arab economies are need for development in order to reap benefits in favor of the peoples of the Arab nation and so that human activity shall not be solely restricted to politics because the economy should be the source of power and fortitude to our countries and peoples.
HRH the Crown Prince made these remarks as he received at the Riffa Palace today the Sudanese National Assembly’s Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Tahir in the presence of the House of Representatives’s Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani, adding that work should be done in order to achieve food security for the Arab world which needs to accomplish more planning and coordination at all levels, praising the level of existing bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Republic of the Sudan, wishing these relations further progress and cooperation in all spheres specifically economic cooperation.
HRH the Crown Prince reviewed the recent situation in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reiterating Bahraini people’s ability to surmount and overcome all negative impacts in the aftermath of recent unfortunate events.HRH the Crown Prince accentuated that the events that had occurred in the Kingdom of Bahrain confirm the good nature of Bahraini people and their solidarity, unity under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and illustrates the Kingdom of Bahrain’s ability to overcome the difficulties upon divine assistance as we proceed towards a brighter future to achieve the anticipations and ambitions of our people by virtue of our unity and cohesion.
On the other hand, the Sudanese National Assembly’s Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Tahir expressed his support and assistance, citing solid existing historic bilateral relations between his country and the Kingdom of Bahrain, looking forward to achieving more cooperation and coordination between both brotherly countries specifically in economic aspects and to achieve food security.The meeting was attended by the HRH the Crown Prince’s court chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa.
