His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa sent a similar cable to Emperor Akihito.His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, sent a similar cable to Emperor Akihito and another to his Japanese counterpart Naruhito.
