HRH the Crown Prince: National unity ensures political solution
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain needs new facts in its upcoming phase, accentuating that national unity is the sole surety to any political solution which accommodates the aspirations and ambitions of all spectrum’s of the Bahraini community.
HRH the Crown Prince received today US Secretary of State’s Assistant for democracy and human rights Michael Posner in the presence of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, and confirmed everybody’s commitment to finding a solution to our present situation by all means which help us attain our national goals in terms of stability, democracy and reformation, adding that we will continue the construction of our nation with the participation of everybody and we will increase our national commitment to attaining the goals announced by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain since the launching of HM’s permanently ongoing reformation project.
HRH the Crown Prince expressed his confidence that the Bahraini people in view of their legacy and long history as well as aspirations for a promising future of equality and democracy and the deep spirit of citizenship, are capable of achieving all of that upon divine assistance to the people who cling to the principles of understanding, consensus and the spirit of responsible participation.
HRH the Crown Prince praised the historic bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, citing the successful bilateral relations in the military, security and economic aspects which yielded in mutual benefit to both friendly and allied countries, aspiring to the continuity of these relations and developing them in order to constantly reap further benefits.
The meeting was attended by the Crown Prince court’s chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, US Chargé D’affairs Stephanie Williams and the delegation accompanying Michael Posner.
