Crown Prince: Bahrain remains committed to long term political stability
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister visited the Majlises of Nabil Yaqoob Al Hamer and Abdullah bin Hamad Al Noaimi in Riffa.
During his visits, His Royal Highness emphasised His Majesty King Hamad’s reform and development programme, which has driven modernisation across vital sectors in Bahrain’s economy. He highlighted in particular, the importance of building on and expanding Bahrain’s modernity to continue to ensure more achievements.
His Royal Highness further highlighted that illicit acts that seek to harm progress and development run counter to the Kingdom’s pursuit for long term political stability. His Royal Highness went on to note the important role of law enforcement officers in maintaining the safety and stability of Bahrain’s citizens, and preventing potential threats to the stability of the Kingdom.
With regards to bolstering Bahrain’s economy, His Royal Highness shed light on various development programmes aimed at benefiting Bahrainis. He particularly emphasised the important role of the new visa policy that increases the number of countries whose nationals are eligible for visas on arrival to 102, thereby providing quicker access for businesses with operations in Bahrain and attracting more tourists to the Kingdom.
His Royal Highness concluded by extending his best wishes to the people of Bahrain during the holy month of Ramadan, and wished the Kingdom and all its people further prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
