Crown Prince visits Russia’s Hermitage Museum

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today visited the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg where he viewed a wide collection of fine art and historical artifacts, including paintings, sculptures and coins.

His Royal Highness viewed the Hermitage’s extensive collection, noting that the exhibitions serve as timeless representations of Russia’s long history and significant contributions to global art and culture. 

His Royal Highness’ visit to St. Petersburg forms part of a working visit to the Russian Federation at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister, Dimitry Medvedev.
