Crown Prince meets Bahrain’s new Ambassadors to Algeria and China

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today met with the new Bahraini Ambassadors to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Hamid Mohammed Al-Asfour and the People’s Republic of China, Dr. Anwar Yousif Al-Abdullah at Riffa Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness emphasised the importance of close coordination and collaboration with countries across the region and the wider world.

His Royal Highness further added that His Majesty the King’s recent visit to China reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing bilateral relations with Asia, as demonstrated by recent trade agreements between Bahrain and various Asian countries.

His Royal Highness further highlighted the role of Bahrain’s Ambassadors in bolstering bilateral ties with countries with which it has diplomatic relations, as well as facilitating new areas of investment, coordination and collaboration between the Kingdom and other Asian nations.

His Royal Highness wished the two Ambassadors every success in their new roles and with their diplomatic mandates to enhance bilateral ties between the Kingdom and Algeria and China.

The Ambassadors expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness and highlighted their commitment to enhancing relations with Algeria and China.

Also attending the meeting was the Minister of Foreign Affairs His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
