HRH Princess Sabeeka congratulated by HRH Crown Prince

Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ebrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and National Initiative For Agricultural Development (NIAD) Consultative Council President, today received a cable of congratulations from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier on the resounding success of the 10th Bahrain International Garden Show (BIGS-2014), being held under the patronage of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

HRH the Crown Prince hailed the massive participation which marked the floral show over the past ten years, underscoring the importance of the annual exhibition in enhancing agricultural awareness among citizens and keeping abreast of cutting-edge scientific techniques in the agrarian sector.

He paid tribute to HRH the wife of HM the King for her efforts, as National Initiative For Agricultural Development (NIAD) Consultative Council President, to promote the agrarian sector, explore practical and efficient solutions to challenges confronting agriculture in Bahrain.

In the cable, he also hailed efforts to achieve food security through encouraging successful agricultural initiatives, benefiting from expertise and using modern technologies. HRH the Crown Prince extended thanks to BIGS-2014 organisers for their efforts, which contributed to the continuous success of the outstanding floral exhibition.
