Crown Prince meets Omani Ambassador

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister met with His Excellency the Omani Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdulla bin Rashid Al-Madailwi, at Gudaibiya Palace today.

During the meeting, the strategic ties between the two countries and the close coordination across a variety of sectors, were discussed. His Royal Highness also emphasised the importance of close coordination and collaboration among GCC countries to tackle regional and international challenges.

His Royal Highness went on to highlight the role of Oman in supporting the security and stability of the region, as well as wider Middle East and Islamic affairs.

His Royal Highness then wished the Ambassador success in his new role and with his diplomatic mandate to enhance the bilateral relations between the two nations.

In response, His Excellency the Omani Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness and highlighted Bahrain’s role in supporting close coordination among GCC countries.
