Deputy King receives new Tunisian Ambassador

Deputy King His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa today met the Tunisian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Mr. Mohammad bin Yusuf.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness welcomed Mr. Mohammad to his new post as Ambassador to the Kingdom.

His Royal Highness extended his congratulations to the President, Government and people of Tunisia on the adoption of the new constitution, and highlighted the role of the constitution in supporting the stability of the country.

His Royal Highness also praised the bilateral ties between the two countries, and went on to emphasise the importance of strengthening relations across a range of fields.

His Royal Highness wished the Ambassador success in his new role as well as his diplomatic mandate to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.

In response, the Tunisian Ambassador expressed his pleasure in the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness. He went on to thank His Royal Highness for his interest in enhancing ties between the two countries.
