HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by the Minister of the Royal Court Affairs

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a congratulatory cable from the Minister of the Royal Court Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the 23rd anniversary of the endorsement of the National Action Charter.
