HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the newly appointed Vice Chairman of the Higher Urban Planning Committee
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the newly appointed Vice Chairman of the Higher Urban Planning Committee, HE Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, at Riffa Palace.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the capabilities of the Kingdom’s national workforce and their accomplishments which have contributed to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa noted the role of HE Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah during his distinguished government tenure in consolidating the real estate sector and adopting initiatives and projects that strengthen the sector. In this regard, His Royal Highness highlighted the sector’s accomplishments, including the introduction of new legislations and the establishment of an institutional regulatory environment to support the sector.
His Royal Highness highlighted the accomplishments of the Kingdom’s real estate sector, including by attracting investments, holding international conferences and exhibitions, and supporting digital transformation through the launch and development of e-services.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to HE Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah for his efforts at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, which contributed to expanding the real estate sector.
His Royal Highness wished HE Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah success in his future endeavours.
For his part, HE Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness and affirmed his commitment to achieving the desired goals.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
