HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Steven C. Bondy, at Sakhir Palace.

His Royal Highness affirmed the longstanding Bahrain-US relations, which continue to be strengthened through bilateral agreements, such as the recently signed Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad emphasised the importance of advancing the strategic partnership and multisectoral collaboration between Bahrain and the United States to meet mutual aspirations.

His Royal Highness affirmed the prominent role of the United States of America, alongside allied countries, in safeguarding security and stability both in the region and globally.

During the meeting, ways to enhance bilateral relations, issues of common interest, and the latest regional and international developments were also discussed.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
