HRH the Deputy King issues Decree (90) of 2024

The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today issued Decree (90) of 2024, regarding the designation of the minister responsible before the legislative authority for Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), based on the proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.

Article (I)

The Minister of Cabinet Affairs shall replace the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications as the minister responsible before the legislative authority’s two councils for Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat).

Article (II)

The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
