HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with Bahraini artist Abbas Almosawi
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with Bahraini artist Abbas Almosawi, at Sakhir Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted the creative artworks of Bahraini artists that reflect the Kingdom’s rich history and civilisation under the reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s advancement in the arts and culture sector is a testament to Team Bahrain’s efforts, excellence, and creativity.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised the importance of art as a unifying force, noting the contributions of Bahrainis in the cultural sector, inspired by the Kingdom’s accomplishments.
His Royal Highness expressed his pride in the Kingdom’s vibrant fine arts scene, which reinforces the Kingdom’s cultural heritage and enhances its position in education and civilization.
His Royal Highness was then presented with a painting inspired by McLaren’s successive achievements in Formula 1, reflecting Team Bahrain’s ambitions and further strengthening the Kingdom’s position in international sports.
For his part, Abbas Almosawi expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s commitment to supporting various Bahraini artists, which enhances their contributions to the Kingdom’s development across all sectors.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
