His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to the newly elected President of the Republic of Lebanon, HE Joseph Aoun, on winning the elections and taking the constitutional oath as the President of Lebanon.
