HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister extends condolences to members of the Al Saud Royal Family

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today to extend his condolences to members of the Al Saud Royal Family following the passing of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

His Royal Highness conveyed his condolences to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia,

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the achievements of the late HRH Prince Mohammed bin Fahd, acknowledging his dedication to serving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people, as well as his contributions, alongside Their Royal Highnesses, to Saudi Arabia’s progress and development.

For their part, the members of the Al Saud Royal Family expressed their gratitude and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for extending his condolences, which reflects the strong ties between the two Kingdoms.

Upon arrival to Riyadh, His Royal Highness was received by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region, Khalifa Ali Hamad Al Manaseer, the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Saudi Arabia, and a number of senior officials.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister; His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee; His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa; His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; His Excellency Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa, Private Secretary to HRH the Crown Prince; His Excellency Colonel Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Escort Officer to HRH the Crown Prince; His Excellency Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Football Association (BFA); His Excellency Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse; along with several senior officials.

His Royal Highness returned to the Kingdom of Bahrain later in the day.
