His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Family Council, on the 24th anniversary of the adoption of the National Action Charter.
