HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister condoles with the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of condolences to His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the United Arab Emirates Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, following the passing of his mother, the late Sheikha Hessa bint Hamid bin Abdul Rahman Al Shamsi.

His Royal Highness sent similar cables to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Mualla, the Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain.
