HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to HE Lương Cường, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam.

His Royal Highness sent a similar cable to HE Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of Vietnam.
