HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (56) of 2025

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (56) of 2025, appointing directors at the Ministry of Information, based on a proposal by the Minister of Information.

Article (I)

Shaikh Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Jaber Al Khalifa shall be appointed as Director of Regulatory Affairs at the Ministry of Information.

Azza Saad Thani Jowhar shall be appointed as Director of the News Centre at the Ministry of Information, succeeding Abdulrahman Khalid Al Medfaa.

Article (II)

The Minister of Information shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall come into effect upon its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
