HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister thanked by the Minister of Information

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of thanks from His Excellency Dr Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Noaimi, Minister of Information, on the occasion of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s ratification of the Press, Printing, and Publishing Law.

HE Dr Al Noaimi expressed his gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his directives, which contributed to the approval of the Press, Printing, and Publishing Law, ratified by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, following its endorsement by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.

HE Dr Al Noaimi described the law as a key milestone in advancing legislative and media development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

HE Dr Al Noaimi emphasised that the directives and ongoing support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister embodies the depth of cooperation and integration between the Executive and Legaslative authorities, leading to this important national achievement that supports Bahraini media and enables it to fulfil its role in promoting awareness, supporting development, and highlighting the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.

HE Dr Al Noaimi underscored the importance of His Royal Highness’s support for the Kingdom’s media sector, affirming his commitment to continuing efforts aligned with His Majesty the King’s far-reaching vision to advance the media sector and safeguard the rights and freedoms of media professionals.
