HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the 12th annual report of the NIHR

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Chairman of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), Eng. Ali Ahmed Alderazi, and members of the NIHR Council of Commissioners, at Riffa Palace.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness was presented the 12th edition of the NIHR’s annual report.
His Royal Highness affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to advance initiatives that strengthen and uphold human rights, in support of the comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the NIHR’s achievements under the leadership of His Majesty the King, aligned with the National Action Charter, the Constitution, national laws and legislation, and international conventions on human rights.
For their part, Eng. Alderazi and the members of the NIHR Council of Commissioners expressed their appreciation for His Royal Highness’ unwavering support for the NIHR’s initiatives that advance human rights protections in the Kingdom and strengthens Bahrain’s global promotion of dignity, justice, and equality for all.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, also attended the meeting.
