HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (70) of 2025

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (70) of 2025, amending certain provisions of Edict (43) of 2025, regarding the restructuring of the Supreme Committee for the Care of Persons with Disabilities, based on a proposal by the Minister of Social Development and following the approval of the Cabinet.

Article (I)

The term “National Committee for the Care of Persons of Determination” shall replace the term Supreme Committee for the Care of Persons with Disabilities” wherever it appears in the title and Article I of Edict (43) of 2025.

Article II

Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement this edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
