HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (77) of 2025

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (77) of 2025, regarding the restructuring of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank, based on a proposal submitted by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and following the Cabinet’s approval.

Article (I)

The Board of Directors of Eskan Bank shall be restructured under the chairmanship of the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, with the following members:

1. Mohammed Abdulrahman Bucheeri

2. Reem Abdulghaffar Al Alawi

3. Isa Abdullah Zainal

4. Nabeel Saleh Abdulaal

5. Najla Mohammed Al Shirawi

6. Mubarak Nabeel Matar

7. Abdullatif Khalid Abdullatif

8. Balsam Ali Al Salman

Membership on the Board shall be for a term of three years, renewable.

Article (II)

The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall take immediate effect from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
