HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by National Arts Council Deputy Chairman
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Turki bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the National Arts Council, on the 25th anniversary of the National Action Charter.
