HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by SCE Executive Authority Deputy Chief Executive

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief Executive of the Executive Authority of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), on the 25th anniversary of the National Action Charter.
