HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (100) of 2023

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (100) of 2023, restructuring the Academic Accreditation Committee, based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Education Council (HEC).

The edict stipulated the following:

The Academic Accreditation Committee shall be chaired by Dr. Mona Mohammed Hassan Al Bulooshi and comprises the following members:

Article (I)

1-      Dr. Ebrahim Al Sayed Jamal Al Hashemi

2-      Dr. Waheeb Isa Al Nasser

3-      Dr. Farzana Abdullah Maraghi

4-      Dr. Esmat Jafaar Ali

5-      Suha Mohammed Al Kooheji

6-      Dr. Zainab Ali Al Toq

7-      Dr. Hussain Mohsen Al Arrayedh

8-      Dr. Zubaida Abdullah Al Shaikh

9-      Dr. Hassan Marhama Hassan

10-   Dr. Abdul Raheem Mohammed Abbas

Article (II)

The membership of the committee extends for a term of four years that can be renewed.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the HEC shall implement the provisions of this edict, which comes into effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
