Deputy King Attends Graduation Ceremony
Following the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Supreme Commander, Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander today attended, at the Royal Command and Staff College (RCSC), the graduation ceremony of the third joint command and staff session.
On arrival, HRH Crown Prince was welcomed by the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Lieutenant General Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, BDF Chief of Staff Major General Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa and RCSC Commander Brigadier General Yussef Abdulla Behzed. During the ceremony, HRH Crown Prince presented the graduates with certificates and honourary awards and conveyed the greetings and congratulations of HM King Hamad to them, wishing them further success.
He also reiterated HM the King’s continuous support for RCSC, hailing the efforts exerted by the BDF general Command to conduct a detailed study on the establishment of the War College specializing in military sciences and mobilisation. He also described RCSC as an educational monument, praising the crucial role it plays in graduating skilled and well trained military officers.
Earlier, RCSC Commander expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to HM King Hamad for patronising the event, praising HRH Prince Salman for attending the ceremony and incessant support for RCSC since it was first established. Then, a Saudi graduate spoke on behalf of his colleagues and extended to HM King Hamad and HRH Crown Prince the graduates’ congratulations on the success of RCSC which, he asserted, testified to the advanced military thought and professional training prevailing in the kingdom.
Present were Interior Minister Lt.General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Head of the National Security Agency Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Head of the Crown Prince’s Court Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, National Guard Staff Director Major General Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Public Security Chief Major-General Tariq Mubarak bin Daina, Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources Major General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chief of Military Security Major General Hasan Mohammed Saad , the General Command’s Court Chief Major General Yussef Ahmed Al Jalahma, foreign and BDF senior officers.
