HRH CP meets Chinese ambassador
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, hailed China’s welcomed interest in the GCC and Middle East Affairs describing it as a key to set up a healthy, constructive and fruitful relation with it.
He was speaking as he received at Riffa Palace today newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Wung Wei Gu. HRH the Crown Prince wished the Bahraini-Chinese relations success in further promoting mutual respect of joint interests and keenness on constructive interaction for the common benefit of both peoples.He expressed Bahrain’s respect to China and its unique and internationally-appreciated experience in development, modernization and industrialization. We are determined, under continuous guidance of His Majesty the King, to further boost bilateral relations and maximize joint benefits by exchanging expertise and availing of both countries’ successful economic experiences, HRH the Crown Prince said.
The Chinese ambassador expressed his country’s respect and appreciation of Bahrain’s successful experience in various fields voicing interest in working out mechanisms of bolstering bilateral relations. Present at the meeting was Crown Prince Court’s Head Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa.
