HRH Crown Prince Visits BDF General Command
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander today paid a visit to the headquarters of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)’s General Command where he met BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
HRH Crown Prince was updated on the latest developments in the kingdom in light of the State of National Safety declared by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, lauding the pioneering role played by the armed forces of the BDF, Interior Ministry, National Guard and the National Security Agency, which, he said, helped promote security and stability nationwide.
“The kingdom will remain an oasis of peace, love and fraternity within the prosperous era of HM King Hamad, the Supreme Commander,” he also said, extending his sincere thanks and appreciation to GCC countries for their full-fledged support for Bahrain embodied in the deployment of the Peninsular Shield troops in the kingdom.
HRH Crown Prince also praised the citizens and residents for their cooperation with the security forces.
