HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (63) of 2022

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (63) of 2022, restructuring the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank, based on the proposal of the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, following the approval of the Cabinet.

According to the edict, the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank shall be chaired by Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and comprise the following members:

1- Mohammed Abdulrahman Bucheeri

2- Reem Abdulghaffar Al-Alawi

3- Isa Abdulla Zainal

4- Nabil Saleh Abdulla’al 

5- Najla Mohammed Al-Shirawi

6- Mubarak Nabeel Mattar

7- Abdullatif Khalid Abdullatif

8- Balsam Ali Al-Salman

Members of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank shall serve for a renewable three-year term.

The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning shall implement the provisions of this edict, which take effect immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
