HRH the Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Economic Development Board issues Edict (2) of 2022

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Economic Development Board (EDB), today issued Edict (2) of 2022, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Development Bank.

According to the edict, the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Development Bank shall be chaired by Ghassan Ghaleb Abdulaal, and comprise the following members:

1-  Amna Ali Al Arrayed

2-  Hani Hussain Redha

3-  Aisha Mohammed Abdulmalik

4-  Sandeep Bose

5-  Yousif Mohammed Al-Nefaie

6-  Manal Shawqi Al-Baayat

7-  Marwa Khalid Al-Saad.

The new board will serve for a three-year term, starting from the date of the issuance of this edict.

The edict shall take immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
