HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minster issues circular on Prophet Mohammed’s Birthday

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued a circular regarding the public holiday of the anniversary of Prophet Mohammed’s birthday.
 
Under the circular, the kingdom’s ministries, state departments and public institutions will be closed on Saturday, 8 October 2022.
 
As Saturday is already an official holiday, Sunday, 9 October, will be given in lieu, the circular added.
