HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (22) of 2021

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Minister, issued Edict (22) of 2021, appointing representatives of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Board of Directors of King Fahd Causeway Authority (KFCA).

Under the edict, Customs President HE Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa serves as Vice Chairman of the KFCA Board for a three-year term.

Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry Undersecretary for Transportation and Post, Mr. Sami Abdulla Bouhazaa, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), First Deputy Chairman, Mr. Khalid Mohammed Najeebi, ila Bank Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohamed Rasheed Almaraj, are appointed as KFCA board members for a three-year term.  

The Ministers, each in their own jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes immediate effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
