HRH the Deputy King issues Decree (39) of 2021

The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today issued Decree (39) of 2021, amending Article (1) of Decree (1) of 2011 concerning the establishment of the ‘Higher Committee for Natural Resources and Economic Security’.

The Decree adds clause 2 to Article (1) of Decree (1) of 2011, which adds HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the National Security Advisor and Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council. All other clauses of Article 1 will be re-numbered accordingly.

The Prime Minister and all other Ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
