HRH the Crown Prince issues an Edict approving the Fifth National Telecommunications Plan: 25 October 2020

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister, today issued Edict No. (17) for the year 2020 regarding the approval of the Fifth National Telecommunications Plan. The Edict states the following:

Article 1

The Fifth National Telecommunications Plan attached to this Edict shall be approved, and enforced for a period of three years.

Article 2

This Edict and the attached plan shall be published in the Official Gazette, and the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications shall oversee its implementation. The Edict shall take effect from the day following the date of publication.
