HRH the Crown Prince issues Edict 15

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister has today issued Edict 15, restructuring the Council of Guardianship on the Money of the Minors and their Equivalents as follows:

Article 1

The Council of Guardianship on the Money of the Minors and their Equivalents, chaired by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, will be restructured and include the following members:

1. Redha Abdulla Faraj

2. Jassim Ahmed Al-Mehza’a

3. Engr. Ibrahim Hassan Al-Hawaj

4. Abduljalil Ali Ahmed Al-Haiki

5. Engr. Manaf Yussef Hamza

6. Mohammed Al-Sheikh Ahmed Al-Asfoor

7. Engr. Naji Sabt Salem Sabt

8. Ali Hassan Nasser Al-Khaza’ali

Article 2

The Council members shall serve a two-year renewable term.

Article 3:

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments shall implement this edict which takes effect a day after its publication in the official Gazette.
