House of Representatives Speaker condoles with leadership

Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla has extended profound condolences and sympathy to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa over the martyrdom of five brave soldiers while performing their sacred national duty as they participated in defending Saudi Arabia’s southern borders.

Al-Mulla stressed that martyrdom for the sake of the homeland is the highest level of sacrifice and redemption, affirming that Bahraini soldiers are always ready to make all sacrifices in defending the nation and the Arab Nation.

The speaker underlined the Representatives Council’s full-fledged support to all stances and steps taken by the kingdom’s leadership for the sake of supporting the right and cooperating with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to ensure the security and stability of the region, safeguard the interests, capabilities, achievements of GCC countries, as well as the gains of GCC peoples.

Al-Mulla offered sincere condolences to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the families of the martyrs and the Bahraini people, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the martyrs in eternal peace.

In a cable to the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council Mohammed Ahmed Al-Murr, Al-Mulla extended sincere condolences following the martyrdom of UAE soldiers while participating in the “Operation Restoring Hope” in Yemen within the Arab Coalition.

He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the souls of the UAE martyrs in eternal peace and bless the wounded with speedy recovery.

The Council of Representatives Speaker sent a similar condolatory cable to the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain Abdul Ridha bin Abdulla Al-Khoury.
