Deputy King visits BDF General Command
Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, visited the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) General Command Headquarters today, where he was welcomed by BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and other senior officials.
His Royal Highness met with a number of officers and voiced his appreciation for the BDF staff’s dedication to serving their country, and carrying out their duties diligently and with the national interest at heart. During his visit, His Royal Highness was briefed on plans and future programmes to further increase the levels of expertise and efficiency at the BDF, in order to safeguard the nation and its assets under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
