Crown Prince Visits Reem International Circuit in Saudi Arabia

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today visited Reem International Circuit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness noted the continued investment being made to meet the growing interest in motor sport in line with increasing awareness of the safety measures required by the sport. His Royal Highness also highlighted the services provided by the Circuit in building and improving skills through following the example set by experts in order to ensure the safety of all involved. His Royal Highness praised the different facilities at the Circuit, which is equipped to host several different types of motor sport. 

His Royal Highness mentioned Bahrain’s experience in this field through its hosting of Formula 1 Races and noted the role of such facilities in creating more opportunities for the youth. His Royal Highness went on to emphasize the role such national facilities can play in supporting a country’s economy through hosting international events and in contributing to social interactions between citizens, residents, and visitors.
