Crown Prince issues an Edict

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander also President of Bahrain Economic Development Board issued today resolution No. 1 for the year of 2012 which stipulates the appointment of two members at the Bahrain Economic Development Board and assigning the Minister of Transportation to assume the duties of the Board’s Chief Executive.

Article One: the following shall be appointed as members of the Bahrain Economic Development Board;• Minister of Transportation. • The Crown Prince’s Advisor of Political and Economic Affairs. Article Two: The Minister of Transportation shall be assigned to assume the Chief Executive’s duties of the Bahrain Economic Development Board until the appointment of a new Chief Executive. MJ/MYZ
