Wise Leadership Congratulates Kuwaiti Amir

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a congratulatory cable to the Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, marking Kuwait’s National Day.
