HRH Crown Prince meets US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, met at at Riffa Palace today the US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Ambassador Anne Patterson.
His Royal Highness highlighted His Majesty King Hamad’s development programme aiming to ensure a strong economic future for all Bahrainis, stressing Bahrain’s commitment to reform and development, in line with its social identity and values.
His Royal Highness expressed the Kingdom’s commitment to expanding the bilateral relations to promote the shared goals of regional stability and security.
His Royal Highness noted the importance of developing sustainable solutions to regional issues that fully address the interests of all in the region.
Ambassador Patterson expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness. She welcomed HRH Crown Prince’s his role in furthering coordination between Bahrain and the United States, and commitment to maintaining regional stability.
His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, son of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
