HRH Crown Prince appoints new EDB board of directors

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Chairman of the Economic Development Board (EDB) today issued Edict (No. 1/2014) appointing a new board of directors for the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) for the term 2014 – 2017.

 The full EDB board of directors for 2014 to 2017 is as follows:

 1. His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa

 2. His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa

 3. Chairman of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company

 4. Minister of Industry & Commerce

 5. Minister of Finance

 6. Minister of Labour

 7. Governor – Central Bank of Bahrain

 8. Chairman – Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry

 9. Chairman of Economic Affairs and Labour Fund (Tamkeen)

 10. Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Board

 11. Mr. Jameel Ali Al-Matrook

 12. Mr. Zayed Rashid Al-Zayani

 13. Mr. Khalid Amro Al Rumaihi

 14. Mr. Adel Hussain Al Maskati

 15. Mr. Tariq Jaleel AlSaffar

 16. Dr. Samer Majed Al Jishi
