HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (6) of 2024

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (6) of 2024, transferring extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and following the approval of the Cabinet.

Article I

The following ambassadors shall be transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

1- Ambassador Ahmed Yousif Ahmed Al Rowaie, Head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Jordan

2- Ambassador Ibrahim Yousif Al Abdullah, Head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Türkiye

3- Ambassador Fouad Sadiq Al Baharna, Head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Algeria

4- Ambassador Ibrahim Mahmoud Ahmed, Head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Tunisia

5- Ambassador Dr. Nasser Mohammed Yusuf Al Balooshi, Head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Italy

Article II

The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
